We aim to ship within 3 working days by Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery - please allow a little extra time over public holidays and the festive period, when postal services, may be slightly delayed.

Please contact us at return@underthecrowmoon.com within 14 days of receipt of your order, explaining why you need to return ie faulty or not as expected. We will issues a return code and return address. You then have 14 days to return the order, unused and unopened with original packaging. The cost of return is payable by the customer.
